Check-in is from 14:00 h. onward; check-out is before 12:00 h. noon.
Can I leave the apartment later?
If you need early check-in or late check-out, please, ask at the reception desk.
Can I choose the type of bed in my apartment (large bed – two beds)?
Type of bed is subject to availability. Please, let us know your preferences when booking. We will do our best to satisfy you.
Do the apartments have a balcony or a terrace? Can I reserve one?
Yes, some of our apartments have a terrace. Please, check availability when booking.
¿Are there non-smoking apartments?
Yes, please, indicate your preferences when booking and we will do our best to satisfy you.
How many floors does the building have? Is there a lift?
Our establishment has 2 buildings with 5 floors and 2 lifts each.
Is there air conditioning in the rooms? Does it work all year round?
Air conditionning only works in season.
Is your establishment adapted for the handicapped?
No, it isn’t.
Can you keep my luggage when I leave the apartment?
Please, contact our reception staff.
Is there a safe place to park my car? How much does it cost?
There is a private parking in our building. This service is subject to availability at arrival. It costs €16.20/day, VAT included. Please, request this service when booking and we will do our best to satisfy you. There is also a public car park in Plaza de la Basílica, a few metres away from our establishment.
Does the establishment have an Internet or e-mail terminal for guests?
All the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi connection. Please, check rates at the reception desk.
Do you have a quiet, romantic room? How can I book one?
We have apartments oriented to a quiet, light-filled yard. Please, check availability at the reception.
What languages are spoken in Reception?
We speak Spanish, English and French.
Where can I rent a car?
Our reception staff will be delighted to help you and arrange your hire with the main companies.
How far are you from the Puerta del Sol?
We are at 15 minutes driving distance; 25 minutes using the underground.
How far are you from the Prado Museum?
We are at 5-10 min. driving distance; 30 minutes using the underground.
How much does a taxi from the airport cost? How long does it take?
It costs around €30 and takes about 20 minutes.
In what kind of a neighborhood are you?
Our apartments are located in one of the main financial and commercial areas of Madrid; it is also an important residencial area.
I am travelling to attend a trade fair at IFEMA: will it be easy to reach from your establishment?
Yes, you can get IFEMA in 15 minutes by underground, or take a taxi.
