August in Madrid is so much more than heat and terraces—it’s culture, music and open-air performances. From 5 August, the Veranos de la Villa 2025 bring some of the most magical nights of the summer, filling the city with concerts, film screenings, dance and family-friendly activities that turn squares and parks into a giant urban festival.
If you’re planning a trip to the Spanish capital, here’s what you shouldn’t miss from this date onwards.

Each screening includes live commentary and music, turning every film into a unique experience.
